Our story

A wardrobe of seven

A scarf is the smallest thing in a wardrobe and the one people remember. So instead of a season of everything, we make seven pieces: a cotton bandana that costs about a coffee, a hand-rolled silk square, a merino that holds heat without weight, and wraps big enough to cover a coat on a cold platform.

Every piece is chosen for how it falls, how it holds a knot and how it looks after a third winter. Nothing is stocked that we would not wear ourselves, and nothing is priced above what the fabric and the finishing are worth.
